Things are stressful when you have an accident; Infinity is always with you and provides you with the application “Siempre Contigo” (Always with You) to let you report all the necessary information for a quick claims process.
Once you submit your claim, your Claims Representative will contact you.

- Get in touch with emergency services and your Infinity Claims Representative.
Heres a list of the important things to do:
- Make sure that no one is injured.
- Move to a safe distance from the scene of the accident and seek medical attention for any injuries.
- Call the police as soon as possible, no matter how minor the accident.
- Do not admit fault. Do not discuss the accident with anyone except Infinity or the police.
- Notify Infinity promptly using “Siempre Contigo” app.
